Service you can trust.

By accessing or using StorageStack (the “Service”), including our website, mobile applications, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

StorageStack lets you connect multiple storage accounts and view, organize, and migrate files between them, secured with OAuth. Google Drive is the first provider supported today; we may update or change features of the Service at any time, and where a feature isn't live yet, we label it clearly (for example, “Coming soon”).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account you use with StorageStack and for all activity under it. StorageStack authenticates you through Google's own OAuth sign-in — we never collect or store your Google password.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair StorageStack, or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

You retain full ownership of your files and data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access, transmit, and process your data solely to provide the features you request, such as viewing or migrating your files.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its trademarks, logos, and software, belong to StorageStack Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The Service integrates with Google's APIs. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy.

StorageStack is currently free to use. Paid plans described on our Pricing page are a preview of what we plan to offer — no payment is collected until billing is implemented and clearly communicated in advance.

Once paid plans launch, you will be able to cancel from your account settings at any time. See our Refund Policy for details that will apply once billing is live.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StorageStack Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold StorageStack Inc. harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
