1. Overview
This Refund Policy will apply to all paid plans, one-time purchases, and add-ons made through StorageStack (the “Service”) once billing is live.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- You are a new subscriber and request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- The paid feature you purchased does not work as described, due to a verified issue on our end.
- You were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window (unless required by law).
- A one-time Migration Pass after the migration has already completed successfully.
- Subscription fees for partial billing periods (no prorated refunds).
- Promotional or discount codes.

We encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider — most issues can be resolved faster directly with us.
